Once a boutique hotel, Chalet 1936 has been transformed into a eight-bedroom private retreat, blending Alpine charm with a contemporary edge.

Perched amidst breathtaking mountain views, it’s more art-filled sanctuary than traditional chalet. Interiors feature antique wood beams, natural stone sinks, oak floors, and bold pop art.

Open-plan bedroom designs include freestanding baths, creating a serene yet luxurious feel. From the mountain-view sauna and cedar hot tub to the private spa, every detail embodies elegance and effortless comfort.

Entrance

Upon Entering, you’re welcomed into the main entertaining spaces. A refined dining area, a spacious kitchen, and a double living room with a fireplace. Off the living room sits a large office. A winter entrance leads to the ski room and a guest toilet.

Upper Level 01

Upper Level 01 hosts three en-suite King Rooms with balcony access, a children’s room with custom bunk beds for four, and a large en-suite.
All King Rooms consist of luxurious open bathrooms

Primary Suite

The top floor is dedicated to the private master suite with a roll-top bath, private fireplace, and balcony with Panoramic views.

Entertainment Floor

Lower level 01 is for entertainment, consisting of a bar, table tennis and Large Cinema Room. + a Second Office.
This level also holds a double / twin en-suite bedroom, and a separate Queen staff apartment, fully equipped with a oven and stove kitchenette.

Terrace Level

Terrace Level offers a luxurious wellness centre. An 8x3m pool with swim jets, hammam, sauna, gym. Floor to Ceiling Glass Doors open out onto a Terrace where you can enjoy the outdoor hot tub with unobstructed Panoramic Views and a passing river
