Team Leadership & Culture
Lead, support and motivate the full resort team (hosts, chefs, drivers, housekeepers, ops staff).
Set clear expectations, maintain accountability, and foster a respectful, high-performing culture.
Operations & Quality Control
Ensure smooth daily operations across chalets and services.Conduct regular chalet inspections and address issues swiftly. Troubleshoot challenges, implement sustainable solutions, and ensure high service standards.
Guest Experience & Brand Representation
Personally greet guests and manage escalations with professionalism. Maintain brand values across all guest touch points. Curate bespoke in-resort experiences alongside concierge support.
Supplier & Contractor Management
Liaise with chefs, housekeeping, maintenance, and external suppliers.
Onboard contractors, aligning them with Armadillo standards.
Support ordering, stock control, and service logistics.
Financial Management & Reporting
Track budgets and resort spending.Coordinate invoices, receipts, and expense reporting with HQ.
Health & Safety
Oversee all checks, fire protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance documentation.
Property Management
Ensure maintenance issues are logged and resolved.
Prepare chalets for owners according to their exact preferences.Report major issues to senior management.
